Voice Logging

What is Voice Logging?

In business terms, Voice Logging is also referred to as "telephone recording" or "Agent monitoring", or "conversation recording". What does this mean? Simply that the telephone call is being recorded by means of attaching a recording device to a telephone, radio or other audio line and then recording calls on that line and being able to play them back later. Calls are recalled for training, quality control or referral purposes.

Call Recording has become a need in the Finance and Insurance world, as set out in the FAIS ACT. This is specifically for liability reasons and is enforced by law. Voice Logging has become a leader in Quality Control and all types of businesses large and small now employ Ecko Voice Logging for a variety of reasons.
